Relaxation. Peace and quiet. Unwinding

Roman steam bath

The steam bath was already known in ancient Greece and was later adopted by the Romans. It is a pleasant sweat bath with a similar effect as the sauna. The temperatures are between 40 and 55 degrees Celsius with a humidity of about 80 to 100 percent. This perfect combination of heat and humidity relaxes, nourishes, purifies and cleanses. The Roman steam bath is particularly recommended in case of breathing problems.
