Pets: On request you are free to bring your pets with you. However, we only accommodate a limited number of dogs at the same time. Therefore, we kindly ask you to mention your four-legged companion when making the reservation. We hope you will understand that they only have access to Alpine and Tyrolian rooms. In our salon, your dog may be allowed to join for dinner. However, this needs to be notified in advance, as there are limited seats available. Access to the dining room and wellness area is not permitted. We kindly ask you to bring a dog busket.

CANCELLATION TERMS:

In accordance with Part III, Title III, Paragraph I of the Consumer Protection Code (GvD 206/2005) there is no automatic right of withdrawal. However, we are willing to apply the following cancellation terms:

Cancellation no fewer than 30 days before the planned day of arrival: free (the deposit will be retained in all cases)
Cancellation no fewer than 15 days before the planned day of arrival: 40% of the agreed total price
Cancellation no fewer than 8 days before the planned day of arrival: 60% of the agreed total price
In the case of a no-show, late cancellation or early departure: 100% of the agreed total price
The deposit will be retained in all cases.
